I also offer reflexology to restore balance, release tension, and promote overall vitality and inner harmony.
But my work goes far beyond treatments. I educate, guide, and empower each client to make self-care an intentional and sustainable part of their lifestyle—not just an occasional indulgence, but a consistent act of self-respect.

For over 28 years, I’ve been devoted to helping women feel confident, renewed, and deeply cared for through intentional self-care experiences. I believe self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity for living well and showing up fully in life.
My approach blends professional care with genuine connection, creating a space where women can relax, recharge, and leave feeling uplifted, beautiful, and restored from the inside out.
Beyond my work, I’m a proud wife of 35 years, a mother of two, and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. After relocating to Texas a few years ago, I fully embraced my Southern heart and continue to find joy in building meaningful relationships with every person I serve.
